Buyers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact team@thinqr.org or WhatsApp +258 849 448 994 with your order reference and the email address used at checkout.
Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the purchase date will not be accepted, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
For digital products that have been delivered and accessed or downloaded, refunds are granted at Walled's discretion. We will typically approve a refund if: the product was materially different from its description; the download or access link was non-functional and could not be resolved; or the product was a duplicate purchase.
If you request a refund for a digital product you have already fully accessed without a valid reason, we may decline the refund.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Once a refund is issued, access to the purchased digital product is revoked immediately.
If you dispute a charge directly with your bank or card issuer without first contacting Walled, the platform will respond to the dispute through Stripe's chargeback process. We encourage buyers to contact us first, as chargebacks can take weeks to resolve.
Walled does not penalise buyers for initiating chargebacks, but fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account suspension.
When a refund or chargeback is processed, the corresponding amount is deducted from the seller's available payout balance. If the seller has already received a payout, the amount will be offset against future earnings.
Sellers are notified of all refunds and disputes affecting their account.
